So I had some thoughts re meditation…
Meditate watching breath, noticing shallow breathing – associated with anxiety, becoming conscious of this and obviously changing my breaths, then through the day, I catch some anxiety and automatically find myself take a deep breath…. if its this simple then thats redic.
Needs more experimentation, so my lesson is to keep my centre, we’ll see how this goes..
Interesting though that in meditation/whenever when I take a deep breath there’s like this voice saying like ‘don’t go there that will just bring attention to your anxiety’
